Doesn't Worthington Know?

The old proverb about a bad workman always blaming his tools?

Tools some of them might well be, but they're his tools and its his toolbox, he bought them, he manages them, he supposedly coaches and motivates them.

So why is he CONSTANTLY slagging them off? Getting boring now.
