Ticket office help please

I'm ordering a Villa ticket tonight and on the online booking site it says they will post it out - I'm in Leeds, if they post it tomorrow it might be touch and go whether it arrives on Saturday.

Has anyone had any issues before when tickets haven't arrived? Have the ticket office just arranged for it to be picked up from the home clubs ticket office?
