any mac nerds on board?

suffern is up with my laptop. woss happened is that i keep getting a "pop-up" winnder that is asking for my keychain password because, get this, MAC OD X wants to use the "login" keychain, the cheeky t**t. Anyway I don't know what the flippin "keychain password" is but whatever i try (smell up the usb, force quit, fat free lemon yoghurt) i just can't seem to get rid of the damned thing.

any suggestions strictly related to this subject would be most welcome indeed. any other suggestions can be firmly rammed four square up your own sphincter.
