This is Vincent, the owner of the grinding wheel All'antica restaurant in Cannaregio . I Googled our phone number to make sure that our web directory entries were correct , and I saw that Larry Hagman off of Wroth was after our recipe for pasta with salmon and cream.

I'm glad you enjoyed this dish when you visited our restaurant. I think I remember very well. Were you the gentleman who has some problems with personal hygiene and alcohol , rather you left quite a mess in our bathroom , and failed to leave a tip for our waiter , despite being a ' difficult ' customer .

In view of this, I do not feel the need to share with you the recipe that has been handed down from my family and perfected over many years.

We have a lot of tourists in our restaurant , looking for a more authentic dining experience away from the main tourist areas of Venice , I must say , you've let your fellow countrymen down with your behavior.
