been quite ill since the new year.....

close to failure renal system....damage caused by powerful anti-inflamitries taken for gout......now taken me off the tablets that have kept gout at bay, so of course now got a vey painful flare up of gout. I can sympathize with Garrry 3'R's.....its like hobbling around on a painful swollen broken ankle.....
