Tettey makes a difference

Plus Yobo has done decently thus far. Tettey protecting the back 4 + Yobo + 5 in midfield with Redmond wide = our most effective formation (at present).

Would like to see Howson in there and pushing forward to support to lone forward, but that may come in time, once he's proved his fitness.
