he made loads of good runs and wasn't picked out because Redmond and Snod kept cutting back on to their favoured foot. And didn't get a single through ball though the middle to run on to.

He also worked harder than almost anyone else, closed down their back four and won the ball several times, and held the ball up better than he ever has done for us. And got a sustained standing ovation.

Maybe you had to be there.
