Perhaps you should turn it around to face you, Nigel. Read it, understand what it means and act on it.
I am so sorry to be writing this, having supported you through thick and thin as an obviously honourable and decent man who always speaks honestly to the supporters.
It is obvious to all that something is missing, a spark which could ignite the talent at this club. If you don't have that spark it is time to stand aside for someone that has.
It happens to all managers, sooner or later. Sadly, the time has come for you.
