Not sure what the point of your comment is. Our wage budget will be competitive with Hull's this season. Maybe not in future seasons, but that's a whole different argument.

The main point is that the budgets are comparable, but Hull seem to have a vision with their spending that has paid instant dividends. Ours hasn't and there are obvious reasons for that.
