Say what you like about lambert

We had belief under lambert that we could win every game or at least turn up, but under hoots we just hope they can do it but need help from other teams (feels like past two seasons have been supporting teams playing our rivals more than believing we can do it without any other teams help). He's destroyed the belief and confidence of players and fans. the only people who still have confidence in him seem to be the board.
