Can anyone suggest a decent credit card with 0pc rate with 0pc balance transfer fee?

Looking for 18 months plus 0pc for repayment if possible. Possible to get one on those terms?

Fluid do 28mth 0%. There is a transfer fee, but the extra time 0% might compensate.
