There were plenty of naff 80s records with naff sax solos in them, granted. But that's like writing off all football because some people hoof the ball about.
Hammonds are great too, though I struggle to see their relevance in the modern day version of a relatively fast moving (in terms of the whole she-bang not actual play) American sport. Bit antiquated, no? And yeah we caught the bleedin' Birdy Song snippet too! What gets me is they're only playing for 20 secs or so, so why start playing one little ditty and then cut awkwardly into part of another (to then abruptly stop)?
