I see it elicited a "Neil Lennon to be appointed next week then" response down the board. Why so?

You'd think NL would be a summertime appointment as he'd want the challenge of the Prem. But that would require us hoping to stay up through Hughton or getting in a short-termer who would keep us up and then binning them.
