1995: "Oh, Norwich are superbly run. No idea how they went down. They'll come straight back up as Champions - and what an appointment O'Neill is!"

Less than a year later, we almost went out of business.

2005: "Oh, Norwich are superbly run. Approached their year in the Prem sensibly, used the money to stabilise the club, must be a great bet to come straight back up".

8 months later, we'd run out of cashflow completely, and Ashton was gone.

2014: "Oh, Norwich are superbly run. Look how they've wiped their debt out! They'll bounce straight back up, no problem at all..."
