couldnt really care less about the co-efficient. wouldnt really be a bad thing if england lost a place over time - it would help address some of the massive imbalance between top 4 clubs and those lower down

but you wouldnt have to give cup runners up a spot, if the cup winners had already qualified for CL then you could give it to the next team in the league
