mcnally interview - just watched it

He comes across pretty well as usual. I have to say I disagree with a lot of it, but he makes fair points. However, to say that they don't want to make a change unless they can guarantee that things will improve is surely nonsense isn't it? How can you possibly guarantee an improvement? By that criteria we would never sack a manager again.
