fingers crossed it's not the plague

there's a DROUGHT in eastern europe, some places are without mains water for 12 hours a day whilst they ration it. the reservoirs are less than 10% full and minimal snowfall in the hills so they can't rely on the spring melt.

they should move to somerset, be better than a big old war or some blummin arseache plague.
