He clearly feels its ok to use his position to 'accidentally' touch people under the guise of friendliness.
Especialyl those he can intimidate.

Is it sexual assualt? That's the arguement and likely to be the reason the Jury has needed so much thinking time.

He's a gropy unpleasant dinosaur but possibly not a criminal.
One thing he clearly isn't is innocent.
