Excellent stuff. It only reinforces my suspicion that there

is no such metaphysical entity as 'free will', that everything is pre-determined but unknowable (even theoretically - you'd need a computer bigger than the universe to model it) & that morality as a predictor of human activity is rapidly becoming untenable & we need to rethink our thinking on human behaviour pronto.

I'm such a determinist I don't even believe in quantum mechanics BTW (although it's obviously our best attempt so far).

Mind, I've only got a crap physics degree, so I wouldn't take too much notice.
