I agree re: Phelan and Malky neither are better than Hoots

With regards to Adams if he is building on his reputation from last seasons FA youth cup win, then I think it would be a good idea to integrate him into the 1st team management set up. Let him have the Ipad on Wednesday afternoons, for example. I don't think he is manager material yet but maybe in the future he would be and would provide a bit of continuity.
