What sort of valentines gift can I buy that says,

'well yeah, I do sort of love you in my own weird way, but lets not get carried away here as I did sort of feel compelled to buy you something, but obviously we've all had to tighten our belts and I'm not particularly demonstrative in any case'

There must be something that will do the job.
