You see it one way, I see another. Introducing him last night totally threw off the balance of a successful prior game. Not only caused Pilks to get dropped but forced Redmond onto his weaker side. I have nothing against his effort, always good. But this is Norwich City not Snodgrass City. He already berates Premiership team mates. He would be worse with lower level team members next year. Sooner he's gone, the better the team will be IMO.
