they've all had a complete loss of confidence in front of goal, even Hooper is suffering now.

Hoots substitutions were s**te in my opinion, there was no need to shut up shop and it didn't work anyway.

A classic, play for one point, get none scenario, but he won't learn from it and he's obviously not motivating the players anymore - he has to go if we are serious about wanting to stay in this league, albeit a month too late!
