Go and look in the mirror. Stare at your reflection.

Look yourselves in the eye and tell yourselves without fear of contradiction, with your hands on your hearts, that you believe that Nigel Worthington should still be manager. That he can turn this round. That retaining his services is the very best thing for this club.
