Nigel Its time to go you have been found out!!!

My most honourable colleagues.

I would like to point to the facts of why we are in the S**t at present, having tasted the heights of the Top league once more, if for just a short time.

If any of you know a member of the board of directors and agree with my philosophy, please pass a copy of it to them. And help a good cause, by putting our team back at the top where we belong!!!

Dear Board Member,

I have followed Norwich City FC for 35 years now and have been to nearly every ground that we have played in that time.
I have experienced the good times and the bad times, I have experienced the mocking from fellow Londoners on why I support a team so far from where I live, and the rest of the day to day Bulls**t one has to endure coming form outside Norfolk.

But this time you are really hurting me, I think your loyalty and honour is really commendable and a credit to the football club I love and care for.
However it is time for a change, PLEASE!

Nigel Worthington has been a good front man for the club for 5 years tomorrow.
But I must state the following:

The team is in decline because they are now being coached directly by him!!!
A lot of the success over the past 3 to 4 years has been down to the WHOLE coaching staff!!
The Players responded to Nigel, Doug, Steve and Webby, but more importantly they liked working with Adrian Boothroyd, who is young and has good ideas.
Adrian has been regarded as one of the best up and coming young managers around for some time now, he has for some time now been one of the best coaches in our game, and more importantly all the players recognized this liked his ideas.
Sadly he was offered the Watford job (where are they in the league) when he should have been offered the Norwich City Managers Job at the start of this season!!

I still find it hard to find a reason why you let him go???

Was it because he was thought of so highly that he could/had become a threat to our Nigel???

Just before the players returned from there summer hols, you should have offered Nigel a job in the club upstairs or ask him to leave and Adrian should have been given a chance and the Managers job simple as that!!!
And you and rest of the Board of Directors knew that and you still know that, don?t you?

The scum down the road are laughing at us!!
"Look at that lot"! Loads of money but don?t know when to cut their losses?

Moving on to my next point.
And also in reference last season when we acquired a striker of great quality for once, although he should have been signed at the start of the season, but that is another discussion for another day.
And to top it all, at the end of the campaign we managed to hold on to him, and I was delighted.

Fat chance he will be at the club after January? And this will be because of your diverging.

Remembering last season, when everyone liked us because we could not defend to save or lives, we potentially had the players to do the job? Would have helped if you had kept Malky? Even with he's slowness, but didn?t he read the game well to over compensate.
You bought Garry Doc for 500k to cover this position?? But had nothing to lose any way? You always come up and then go straight back down don?t you?
So we pushed on and there was always lots of goals in our games...mostly in our goal though and so we where labelled The Entertainers of the Premiership.
Wow wee how fantastic!!!!
Take a long hard look at West Ham & Wigan this season! Holding their own, because of good buys and not just for loads of money, there is experience as well and also more importantly good additions to the coaching staff.
We have not even replaced position that Adrian had???

This is not a supporter spitting his dummy out Mr/Mrs Board of Directors, do you remember sitting in the Millennium stadium just after the great Iwan had scored, thinking " We are going to blagg this final, Birmingham are playing S**te and we could be playing Man Utd next season"!!!

And then our Nigel thought? "I know what to do, I take the initiative away for my team, and hand it back to Birmingham"!!!!
"Ill take attacking player off and put on a right back, that should help??"

I sat there and thought probably like you?"Oh my God"!!! What is he doing???
"He would not do that would he"? "No he has been the manager for two years now". "Its ok, he knows we are better going forward instead of defending?" "Doesn?t He"???????????

At that very point I knew that Nigel Worthington doesn?t have enough no how to put us back with the elite and stabilize the club when he gets there.
Because he doesn?t have a tactical brain!
The next season showed that I was correct in my diagnosis.
When he could not lift the players after the disappointment of losing the final.

Can you please pass on this part of my message to a great person currently on the board of directors with your good self.

Dear Delia

Please do what you know is the best thing to do?
Ask him to leave 1st, then if he refuses you will have no alternative but to sack him!!
Then please go back to Watford explain to them you have made a silly mistake with letting Arian go to Watford and need to ask Adrian to come back, pay Watford off with some of the profit from last season (?7.5 million) and then give Adrian a few quid to assist him and the rest of the coaching staff in get us back where we belong near or at the top of the league for starters and then onwards, and he will do it and your lovely self and the rest of the board know he will!

If you do this, I very gladly return to my very enjoyable 250 round mile trip every match day up the A12 pass the scum and onto the A120 and finally undertake the pleasure of watching the team I will always love, even at great expense back to playing good football and seeing them enjoy it too.
Unfortunately, this I will not do until you great people will make some sort of change in regards to the position of Nigel Worthington.

And to sum up, there are a few big, big reasons why you need to do this and they are; Nigel has been found out!
I don?t think 25,000 people will keep giving you their money to watch the appalling football currently being played by yours and our non-motivated players.
And also to keep one of the best players ever to pull on a Norwich City shirt, in Dean
ASHTON!
