He's not completely clueless. What he can do it set a team up in a certain way to keep its shape. That was what we did against Man City and whilst its not really rocket science the team did it well.
Where he is however clueless or if you want to put it another way completely lacking is his ability to read a game, act on instinct and influence proceedings positively once the game is underway. He seems to be completely incapable of throwing off his inherent conservatism. There was no need whatsoever to shut up shop last night. West Ham were posing no threat at all and that was mainly because we had them on the back foot. His substitutions were therefore in my eyes "clueless", probably pre planned and most importantly disastrous. Good managers will eke out extra points by finding a way to win games like that. He does the opposite.
