We all know the saying.. "Get someone in to give the lads a hand"

Why not get someone in to give hoots a hand?

Or replace him as head coach but leave him on the staff, defensive coach? Or scout seems as he has an eye for a decent player?

Seeing as he's a top bloke, I'm sure he wouldn't mind.
