He's just not good enough for a tough, tough job in a tough, tough league.
He was doing his nut on the sidelines earlier even before they scored. But however much I think his attitude has fed into the side - all any football team ever is is an extension of its manager's personality - I can't hold him responsible for attacking players being chronically, miserably, laughably incapable of doing their jobs. And it's happened again, and again, and again, and again.
I can, however, hold the board responsible for not bringing in someone fresh with new ideas months and months ago now - and above all, not strengthening when we desperately needed to. "Just hang on - we'll be fine". No McNally and Bowkett, we won't be.
And it's all your fault too.
