Ok Hughton blows, but what I don't get

is why is the anger not directed at the Board? He serves at their pleasure. If I was the manager I wouldn't walk away
either and not get paid. They are the decision makers yet they seem cautious and paralyzed. We have a manager unfortunately that seems to reflect the personality of the Board. I worry the problem is higher up than Hughton.
