The board have made a statement that he has to keep us out of bottom 3. I feel they will not want to lose face by sacking him if we are not in bottom 3.

All we can hope is that Sunderland go above Norwich tomorrow and then they have no excuses.

Hurts to say, but sooner the better to give a chance of getting out. Just wish we had been down there in December, so new manager had a chance to get players in
