DOES have aren't performing for him, though they are capable of better. Football Managers don't turn round the past 18 months of spineless gutless football ( a few games excepted).

How we can be contemplating keeping a man who has won 2 away games in 18 months is beyond me. This club has a losers mentality and thats why we are where we are.
