Missing the point

people come in there to enjoy the atmosphere but don't do anything other than sit quietly. What's wrong with having an area where old skool can let off a bit of steam? I wouldn't go anywhere near the river end or jarrold but that doesn't mean I don't respect peoples right to sit there and behave any way they want.
