Time to get rid

We liked and admired Ken Brown - but when he admitted he was "puzzled" by our bad form (because everything was fine on the training pitch) everyone knew his time had come.

We liked and admired Dixie - but when we saw him at pitchside, baffled and at a loss for inspiration, we knew HIS time had come.
