.. discipline and motivating the players.

But now he can't motivate the players his other shortcomings have come to the fore.

He was always tactically inept and has failed to learn

He has had little success in the transfer market

He seems unable to react to problems on the picth until half time

He has fallen out with too many players

He still does not have a favoured first 11 or team formation.

We are going nowhere fast.

Please Mr Worthington leave now and you will still be remembered with some fondness.

Hang on for a few more months and you will be the man charged with sending Norwich back into the footballing wildnerness.
