Worthy No Confidence Rubs off on Players

Nigel has lost his confidence in his ablility to tatically shape and manage the team and it has rubbed off on the players they just run around like headless chickens. You need more than just hard work and effort, the coaching staff can no longer inspire, shape, coach, tatically drive the players - they have had it for this season. Probably avoid relegation but thats it.
