Worthy should have gone after we lost away to bolton last year - his weaknesses are well known to us as fans and to opposing teams. He can;t motivate players, is tactically inept and has become useless in the transfer market. He is now taking us down to League One, thus threatening the future of the club. It is the board's fault that he has stayed this long - it is upt o them to act immediately.
