Actually I think he encapsulates our main problem

it isn't that the squad is piss poor. It's worse than that.

They are totally inconsistent. And there is nothing worse than an inconsistent goalie.
The mistakes you are allowed are inversely proportional to your distance from goal. Strikers have to take risks, so will inevitably make mistakes. Goalies must reduce risk to an absolute minimum.

The inconsistency makes Norwich a nightmare to watch. Bassong, Fer, Hooper, Redmond, Snodgrass, are all capable of some great football; it all comes together & we think we have a team of worldbeaters on our hands, then it all goes to rats**t ...

And guess who gets the blame ...
