It's time to end the respect for McNally.
He made 1 great decision, sacking gunn and employing lambert. he then f**ked up massively by falling out with lambert. he left, and he then employed the total clown of a manager we have now. He's not Mr Ruthless. He's Mr Lucky, and he can f**k off.
