I've been a fan for the same period - so just asked myself the same question

We've been complete s**t at times, utterly brilliant at others. I've been over the moon, lower than a snake's belly, and everything in between - but have I ever been more frustrated (as opposed to really, really angry)? I'm not sure I have, no.

How do I feel? Impotent. And that's shared by the team and, incomprehensibly, appears to be by the board too.
