Trouble is surely any appointment would have to be a temporary one now?

Would any decent established manager want to leave their current job for what is effectively a 10 game lottery that could see them with a relegation on their cv?

I still think we should change because I think any half decent motivator who lets the players play with more freedom will keep us up but we may have to accept we will only get a temporary stop gap now.
