The fans/players and club might just need a bounce/kick up the arse.

I totally understand your point. Its ironic that it would seem that stability is the one thing we need now more than anything.

In a perfect world we would have kept up this year and we could have changed managers in the summer.

I worry if we will panic and bring in a man mid-season rather than be selective and take our time.

I might be the only person on this forum who doesn't claim to know all the answers.

I do find it strange that the board are getting mega-stick after so many years of continuous success and making good decisions.

The board have proven to make good decisions. They might have reasons that the fans dont know about.

I think they EARNED the right to stick with them a bit more.
