11 defeats already - no tactics, no team spirit, no motivation

Every manager passes his sell-by date at a club and Worthy has gone on for about 6 months too long.

As fans, we can see that - it's just a shame that the Board appear to be too close to the situation.

Either that or they have such a lack of actual football knowledge that they can't see WHY we're doing so badly. Team selections, tactics, some of the signings and the treatment of players like Marc Edworthy are a disgrace to anyone who has played the game and really understands it.

Please sack him before we are relegated.
