I would say last season was a success overall

stabilised a club that was over-achieving under Lambert and avoided second season syndrome reasonably comfortably. Cleared the debt and bought in some promising young players.

Second season has been stop-start, a lot of injuries and good performances often followed by poor performances. We've tried to be more progressive in our style, but it hasn't really worked so far.
