I think you're just manipulating everything against Hughton

Bassong and Fer missing sitters. Marshall pulling off a great save, Snodgrass hitting the post. None of that is indicative of quality being coached out of the side.

It's a combination of bad luck and poor finishing. Ridiculous to blame the manager.

Would Lambert's team have scored more than 1 from 60 chances in the Prem? I don't know - we never created so many chances in games under him.
