If the Board for one moment thought that McNally was putting his own personal financial interests ahead of those of the Company and Shareholders, he would be out of the door. For it to be otherwise would require wholesale dereliction of (legal) duties amongst this club's directors.

I really, really doubt that our lack of spending is because McNally is wanting to hit his own financial targets.
