Combination of the two i think

Hughton because he's not been playing. I know someone who spoke to him quite a while back (well before any of this) and he was not exactly glowing about Hughton. If it wasn;t for the Hughton situation then lambert would have had nothing to exploit.

I agree though the hard line stance Mcnally seems to take with players in these situations (as he clearly did with Holt) seems to result in quite a bit of acrimony all round.
