Any one feel like

Hughton is a nicer version of Roeder?

Getting rid of Legends who can still bring things to games/team - we've lost that leader and any attacking threat (bar Hooper), without Holt and Hoolahan.
Alienating players.
Destroying moral amongst supporters.
Rigid and will not change his mind.

Or a mix between Roeder as mentioned below and Worthy, whose style of play we seem to use now (defencive, play for a draw) and playing players out of position? No real tactical knowledge (How anyone could sit there against Fulham away and Newcastle and not see we needed a change before the 70th minute is beyond me!)

Gets tin hat ready!
