I'm not convinced with RvW

Drifts about. Zero physical presence. Not especially quick. Doesn't go out of his way to offer himself. Slow to close down opposition.
How did Hughton intend to play him? He appears better suited to a team that can play killer passes to feet from all angles. What's he doing here?
