Haven't really read down as I've just got in but our real problem is..

We literally do not have a game plan. What kind of side are we?

Defensive? Not really..

Pressing? Nope..

Counter attacking? Nope..

Do we stifle teams by keeping the ball? No..

Are we difficult to play against? Maybe, because we do nothing a normal team does.

Whatever it is, it's not a long term policy.
