The event is on August. My cycling is strong, so 40k around a flat course should be no problems. Swam competitively, so my technique should be ok, if not my conditioning. Biggest mental obstacles are open water and the run, hate running, but looking forward to the challenge. I find I'm quite goal orientated so it's nice to have this to work towards. may have to look to get some sprint length events in prior so I'm properly prepared.
